Q. DO YOU FIX THE APPLIANCE DURING THE INITIAL TRIP?

A. Most of the time. We fill all of our vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the important tools to complete our repair service. If we do need to come back at a later date to wrap up a repair, there will not be an extra service fee. We estimate that we finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments on the first visit.

Q. WHAT IS THE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for our repairman to be at your residence. We are aware of how important your time is so do our best to ensure we arrive within the early portion of our service window. However, if a previous appointment or repair lasts much longer than thought it would, this allows the repairman time to arrive on schedule in the service window. Our technicians always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
